Electronic Engineer, with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and management consulting clusters. He operated in several European, North American, Asian and Oceanian markets and industries.  

He held positions and roles with technical, projects and resources management responsibility, acquiring considerable experience in the management, re-sizing and optimization of organizational structures, aiming his activities towards the allocated resources optimization and costs reduction.

He has managed the entire product life cycle, from the bidding stage (policies and product strategies, partnership agreements and contracts negotiation), to its realization (procurement policies, industrial guidelines), until the delivery to the customer, identifying and implementing the necessary decisions to ensure the goals achievement, managing Project Managers and Design teams.

Thanks to the acquired skills, he successfully implemented and adapted Quality Management System to the IRIS and AQAP 2110 sandard in railway (vehicles and components) and defence companies.
